• Establishing and directing the development department of a major public university, instituting a planned giving program, starting the annual fund with alumni, and initiating a significant annual campaign in the business community of a 100,000+ population center.
• Turning around a development program for a medical center, securing an event that nets over $300,000 a year, and initiating an annual medical staff funding campaign.
• Providing on-site consultation services for the recent successful Bridge View Center campaign in Ottumwa, IA to raise funds totaling $4.1 million for an events center.
• Consulting for capital campaigns, providing expertise for feasibility studies, setting up timelines, developing case statements and other printed materials, recruiting and training leadership
